Soon, my company Makeup Manufacture Academy will celebrate its fifth anniversary.<\/strong> I feel that this is a perfect moment to pause and look back \u2014 at the journey we have taken, every decision, every challenge, and every success. It\u2019s a time to celebrate but also to highlight what I have achieved. I want to share my story with you \u2014 a story that shows that passion and determination lead to fulfilling your dreams.<\/p>\n

When I founded Makeup Manufacture Academy \u2014 I knew that makeup was something more than just cosmetics. It\u2019s art, a tool to express oneself, personality, and emotions. I also knew that I wanted to pass this passion on \u2014 to teach others, inspire, and open doors to the world of makeup, styling, and character design. This belief is reflected in the Academy\u2019s values: originality, courage, creativity, and the highest quality.<\/p>\n

Running a Business in Poland \u2014 Behind the Scenes<\/h2>\n

Although today I look proudly at Makeup Manufacture Academy and everything I\u2019ve built over the past five years, I cannot overlook one thing: running a business in Poland is (to say the least) a huge challenge<\/strong>. It\u2019s not an easy path. It\u2019s often a battle with windmills \u2014 with regulations, bureaucracy, paperwork, and unpredictable costs that can eat up your business. Many of my friends had to close their companies during this period. It requires making tough decisions, sacrifices, constant investments, and sometimes balancing passion with hard financial reality.<\/p>\n

No one sees those late nights spent on documents, analyses, or planning the upcoming months. No one sees the stress when costs rise faster than income, or when you have to take risks to move the Academy forward. Yet \u2014 despite this daily struggle \u2014 I continue to act, create, grow, and believe it\u2019s worth it. Every student, every course, every transformation reminds me that this path, though difficult, is also the most beautiful one I could have chosen.<\/p>\n
