One more post from Nevada? Yasss! This time I won’t show you a Las Vegas entertainment industry but… just nature. You should definitely put Sierra Nevada Mountains on your Bucket List!

Lake Tahoe

Lake Tahoe is one of the biggest and deepest mountain lake in North America. It is situated close to Reno which is called The Biggest Little City in The World.

The lake was created about two million years ago, on the borderline of Nevada and California states. Americans love to visit Tahoe Lake in summer (ex. Sand Harbor Beach) and in winter (skiing at Mt. Rose Ski Resort). Water of the lake is transparent and has beautiful turquoise colour. Watch out for American Bears!

Rest and entertainment

You will definitely find a lot of entertainment near the Tahoe Lake. There are beautiful restaurants, beaches, grills. In Incline Village you will find places to stay, every room has a beautiful view.

Food

Eagle Lake comes from American Eagle living in Tahoe forests. At the beach there are some places where you can get some lunch. My favourite is Lone Eagle Grill. There is very tasty food and a beautiful view. You need to try salmon and remember about dining opening hours.

Celebrities 

Tahoe residents are… confidential. A lot of celebrities have their residences deep in the forest. Tourist information says that when you see some of the celebrities you should keep your mouth shut and let them rest as well as you do.

Virginia City

Near Tahoe Lake is the place called Virginia City. Bonanza was filmed over there! This is also the place where gold and silver fever starts. You can see wild horses walking by the windows or through the highway.
